How I work
I help you see yourself clearly, then make sure everyone else can too.
I've spent nearly twenty years helping people see the skills they'd stopped noticing and turn them into opportunity, success and income. It's still the heart of everything I do.
Most of the women I work with are brilliant at seeing the value in other people, and far less practised at turning that attention on themselves. So I reflect back what I see in you: the value you've stopped noticing, the difference you've started to take for granted, and the common threads running through your work that make it recognisably yours.
From there, we find the words that do you justice. You'll stop leaning on a list of services and start talking about your work with real trust in yourself and conviction in why you're the obvious choice.
I blend that self-leadership work with practical strategy all the way through, because seeing your value only changes your business once you're showing up and telling people about it. I'll challenge you when you're playing it safe and hold you accountable to what you said you wanted, so the trust you build in yourself turns into decisions, offers and opportunities.

A 3-hour Recognised Blueprint Session (online). We map where you are, what you want to be known for and what makes your work exceptional. Then we bring it together into your Recognised Woman Messaging Blueprint, so you have a strong foundation for our six months together.

Two 60-minute 1:1 sessions a month for six months. Strategy, decisions and the inner work, shaped around what your business needs at each stage.

Practical support and feedback between sessions. Your offers, sales pages, talks, workshops, pitches and content, reviewed before they go out.
