I'm the founder of Skills Blueprint Ltd™, Claire Lockey Coaching, The Recognised Woman™ and The Business of You™.
I’m a fiercely ambitious introvert who, two years ago, decided I was done with ‘playing the game online’ and, instead of focusing my energy and attention on making more noise, I started focusing on building a reputation and becoming a recognised woman.
I launched my training company, The Skills Blueprint™, with a vision to take my frameworks, coaching and training outside of social media and into organisations, businesses and communities. Within its first full year, it became a six-figure business, whilst my coaching business also grew by 65% - whilst still taking all the school holidays off and finishing at 3 pm.
Today I'm recognised for helping experienced women build businesses that reflect the value they've spent years creating. I've secured contracts and partnerships with organisations across Lincolnshire, been invited to speak in the UK and abroad, been recognised through regional business awards, and built businesses that create opportunities through reputation as much as through marketing.
But fiercely ambitious as I might be, I don't want to have to sacrifice who I am or the life I want in order to achieve it.
I love my work - it's my life's purpose. But so is being a present mum, and so is living my life to its fullest.
